Marcie - Bill Thrasher forwarded your email to me and has asked me to respond to your requests. Willdan is currently
analyzing the issues we discussed with you and Ms. Gouwens. My plan is to schedule a conference call with you and
your client after Willdan has completed its analysis and has recommendations for the Town. I believe that you currently
have the documents that are public record. A draft methodology report has not been submitted to the Town. As there
may be modifications to the methodology based on Willdan's current analysis, it would be more efficient and productive
to provide you with the report when it is submitted to the Town. We anticipate having the analysis completed and a
report ready to submit to the Town on March 14th.
If you would please contact me with questions or requests, or if you contact the Town or consultants directly please copy
me on emails, I will follow up and make sure that your requests/concerns are addressed. Please feel free to contact me if
you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to additional discussions with you and your client and hope that the
Gulfstream Shores residents continue to support the undergrounding project.
