BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 19, 1974
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session December 19, 1974, at the hour of 3:30 p.m. in.
3 the Municipal Building in said City for the purpose of receiving bids for
4 Precast Concrete Structural System Multi-Level Parking Garage. Mr.
5 Judge presided with Mr. Willis present. Mr. Burton was absent. The
6 following business was had to-wit:

8III Proof of publication was examined and found to be in order.

10 Mr. Judge moved to accept and file proof of publication, seconded by Mr.
11 Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

36 seconded by Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
