HomeMy Public PortalAbout12-19-1974 - Special Meeting 2 ©_5 SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 19, 1974 1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, 2 met in special session December 19, 1974 at the hour of 2:30 p.m. in 3 the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Willis 4 present. Mr. Burton was absent. The purpose of this meeting was to 5 receive bids for Fire Stations. The following business was had to-wit: 6 7 Proof of publication was examined and found to be in order. III8 9 Mr. Judge moved to accept and file proof of publication, seconded by 10 Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. 11 12 Bids were received from the following: 13 14 Baystone Construction, Inc. , Muncie Indiana; Fire Station No. 3 East, 15 $79,000.00 - Alternate flag pole, $850.00.
