Somehow, we were by-passed in the general curb repair 42 program. Prior to October 27, 1974, as it was picking up the 43 leaves in front of my home, the Street Department broke up a 44 section of this curbing and part of the sidewalk. As a result 45 of this, a condition of broken and cracked sidewalk, together with 46 loose chunks of cement, creates a dangerous unsightly condition. 47 48 I don't want anyone to fall and be injured. Not having received any 49 response from my efforts to remedy this, I now again call this to 50 your attention with the request that it be corrected. 51 52 Thank you for your assistance. 53 54 Sincerely, 55 /s/ J.
