Bill & Danny - I spoke with Brooke Cupell today about the questions on parcel splits and combines. I would like for us to
have a conference call with her this week. She is available Wed. & Thurs. from 10am - 11:30am our time or from 3pm -
6pm our time. Let me know what day and time would work for each of you. I don't think Wed. morning is possible at this
point but the other times are OK for me.
Before we have that call, it would be very helpful if you could provide the addresses and/or parcel ids associated with the
various parcel splits/combines that you are aware of. She has the information on the Gannon condos.
She also has the following information from the property appraiser's data: According to the county roll, APN
20434609010000040 has split to multiple parcels. The new parcels are 20434609920000010, 20434609920000020,
20434609920000030, 20434609920000040, 20434609920000050, 20434609920000060 and 20434609920010000 (private street-
no lien).
I believe there is at least one more parcel split but I do not know the address or APN. Please let us know. The only
information needed by email is addresses, APNs and owner information. We will discuss everything else on the call.
Thanks, Susan
