Danny - I think your memo is perfect. I think it would be good to go ahead and address it to the Mayor and Commissioners
and distribute it right away. It contains very good information that Commissioners can use when discussing the project
with the public in advance of the meeting on the 13th. I would also suggest that it be preseented on the record to the
Commission during the 2nd reading of the ordinance. Thanks - just what is needed. Susan

Bill/ Susan,
Bill has ask me to put together some info supporting the fact that we will have reliability and safety benefits from
undergrounding. Attached is a draft. Let me know if you would propose changes, propose we do not send it out, propose I
delete the editorial sections, etc. Bill would like to get it out to the commissioners so they have some talking points when
confronted with the allegations that have been presented.
Or would it be better addressed to Bill and let him share it as he feels appropriate?
