BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, AUGUST 8, 1974
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
2 Indiana, met in special session August 8, 1974 at the hour of
3 11 :00 a.m. in the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge
4 presided with Mr. Burton and Mr. Willis present. The following
5 business was had to-wit:

6 The Board met in Special Session for the purpose of signing
7 an Agreement between the City of Richmond and the Johns-Manville
8 Products Corp. whereby the City of Richmond agrees to purchase
9 3.19 acres more or less of real estate from the Johns-Manville
10 Products Corp. in the amount of $6,306.70.

12 Mr. Burton moved to sign and execute the Agreement between the
13 City of Richmond and the Johns-Manville Products Corp. , seconded
14 by Mr. Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

16 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded
17 and passed, the meeting was adjourned.
