BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JUNE 20, 1974
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond , Indi-
ana met in special session June 20, 1974, at the hour of 7:30 p.m.
in the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge presided with
Mr. Burton present. Mr. Willis was absent. The following business
was had to -wit:
Mr. Judge, Board President, opened the public hearing regarding
increasing Rose City Bus fare.
Mr. Victor Frisch, Transportation Committee member was present. .
No one appeared for the hearing.
Mr. Judge stated increased operating costs as the reason for
raising the fare.
Mr. Judge moved to increase the single fare to thirty cents (30(t)
or four (4) tokens for one dollar, effective Monday, June 24, 1974,
seconded by Mr. Burton and on unanimous voice vote the motion
was carried.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and
passed, the meeting was adjourned.
