Dear Bob:
In connection with the pending application by the
Second National Bank of Richmond for curb cuts on U.S. 27
North in the City of Richmond for use with their new branch
bank operation thereon, I have been authorized to advise you
that the Bank is willing, should the occasion arise, to enter

North at said branch location, to seek a mutually satisfactory
arrangement with such owner on a use of a common strip of
their adjoining lands" for a common entry or exit to such lands,
providing the same is not incompatible with sound traffic con-
trol and meets with the approval of the appropriate govern-
mental body of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
If you find this to be an adequate expression of the
Banks intention, I would appreciate your expediting the ap-
proval of all necessary curb cuts at this location in line with
the past conferences and pending plans now before the Board of
Public Works in the City of Richmond.
Cordially yours ,

The hydrant located on the north side of National

(12) feet to fifteen (15) feet east of its present location.
This move is recommended due to the hydrant is presently
situated where the entrance dreve is proposed for the new
