On Hidden Harbor Drive, you referenced the cable route to the edge of pavement. IT needs to be referenced
to the south edge of the road easement.
You will see two lines along the south side on dwg F-11. The road easement consists of two parts. A 29 foot
part on the north side and a 1’ wide part on the south side, totaling a 30 foot wide road easement. The
portions shift on the west end as shown on dwg F-19 where the south part is 29 feet and the north part is 1
foot.
