Chief
Richmond Fire Department
Richmond, Indiana 47374
Dear Chief Berry:
On behalf of the Liberty Volunteer Fire Department, the Town
of Liberty and myself, I wish to gratefully acknowledge the wonder-
ful support you and your Department gave us at the time of the
Carter Paint Co. fire. It certainly is comforting to know that
we can depend upon our fine neighboring Departments to assist us,
on a moments notice, such as was the case last Wednesday. Words
will not adequately express our appreciation, so just a plain,
"Thanks to all of you! " .
This should be a reminder to all Firemen that "Mutual Aid" is
one great achievement accomplished by all of us .
Sincerely,
/s/ John D. Hartley, Fire Chief
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
