Danny, we are doing the record drawings for the underground FPL for Gulfstream in State plane coordinates. We have
created a cadd file with the record information in it and then referenced it to your drawing. Will you need a final record
drawing in state plane? If so I will have to scale, rotate and move your drawing to make it geospatially correct.
