BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE

CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JULY 13, 1973
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in special session July 13, 1973, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Municipal
Building of said City. Mr. Burton presided with Mr. Willis present. Mr.
Judge was absent. The following business was had to-wit:
Chief of Police Lewis Doren recommended the Board appoint Theodore James
Blanford, age 23, 711 S.W. "A" Street as a probationary ;patrolman on the
Richmond Police Department, effective July 23, 1973.
Mr. Burton moved to appoint Theodore James Blanford as a probationary patrol-
man on the Richmond Police Department, effective July 23, 1973, seconded by
Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.
