BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JULY 19, 1973
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session July 19, 1973, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Municipal
Building of said City. Mr. Burton was present. He stated that due to the
absence of Mr. Judge and Mr. Willis this is not an official meeting. The
following business was had to-wit:
One bid was submitted for the repair of the 20th Century Bridge, North 4th
and "D" Streets, Project No. 10, from Structural Concrete Services Div. ,
Indiana Desco Inc. , Indianapolis, Indiana, in the amount of $23,650.00.
Mr. Burton said that proof of publication was in order.
The bid from Indiana Desco Inc. was received and taken under advisement until
the next Board meeting at which time official action will be taken.
Mrs. Thomas Charlton, 337 Grace Drive and Pat Penland, 329 Grace Drive appeared
before the Board regarding a petition requesting the streets in the Traverse
Park Terrace Sub Division.
The request was taken under advisement until the next meeting.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.
