Home My Public Portal About05-22-1973 - Special Meeting ST) SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MAY 22, 1973 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special session May 22, 1973 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Municipal Building of said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Benner and Mr. Burton present. The following business was had to-wit: Mr. Fred Burgner, Butler, Fajrman & Seufert Consulting Engineers, met with the Board for the purpose of signing and agreement between the City of Richmond and the County of Wayne for the construction of the new 20th Street Bridge. Mr.' Benner moved to sign the agreement with Butler, Fairman & Seufert Con- sulting Engineers and the County of Wayne for professional services regarding the construction of the new 20th Street Bridge, seconded by Mr. Burton and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
