SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APRIL 30, 1973
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
special session April 30, 1973 at the hour of 9:30 a.m. in the Municipal
Building of said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Benner present. The
following business was had to-wit:
Mr. Judge moved to approve proof of publication, seconded by Mr. Benner and
on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
The following bids were received for the Double Line Highway Marking Machine:
Kelly-Creswell $7,660.00
Reid Holcomb $6,795.00
Deeds Equipment $7,692.52
Mr. Benner moved to take bids under advisement for further study, seconded
by Mr. Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.
