BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APRIL 27. , 1973
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
speicial session April 25, 1973, at the hour of 4:00 p.m. in the Municipal
Building of said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Benner present. The follow-
ing business was had to-wit:
The purpose of this special meeting was to sign an Intervening Petition of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, requesting a Field Hearing for the Richmond Water
Works rate increase.
Mr. Judge moved to send the signed petition to the Public Service Commission
of Indiana, seconded by Mr. Benner and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
passed.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.
