Attached is a drawing depicting easements we need staked for installing FPL equipment. We will typically clear these
a not-to-exceed cost to do the staking. We need your crew to install a 2 x 2 hub and lath at
easements. We need
each point shown in the cad file, with the top of the hub to be flush with grade. We typically need 4 points
staked at the corners of the indicated easement areas. The locations and staking notes may be found in the cad
file on the layer named "STAKING REQUEST 09-04-2013." Note that certain locations are not to be staked at
this time, and those are labeled as such.
The proposal should be addressed to The Town of Gulf Stream, and emailed to me.
