(v) Exterior lighting: All outdoor lighting shall comply with the following: (1) Non -vehicular light sources that shine into the eyes of drivers of vehicles or pedestrians which could impair safe traverse are prohibited. (2) All lighting shall be shielded and aimed at the owner's premises, or sidewalk and street abutting the premises. (3) Lighting shall be in safe working order, in compliance with the Florida Building Code.
