Gene Goodwin to the Kodak Law Enforcement Photography Seminar in Rochester, New York from January 22-26, 1973, seconded by Mr. Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. Mr. Judge explained the delay in receiving the Beepers used by the Minutemen. Due to a manufacture mistake, they were coded wrong and had to be completely torn down and run through the assembly line. Minutemen are now using police department beepers which caused communications problems because the message has to be sent from the Fire Dispatcher_ to the Police Dispatcher, Police Dispatcher then contacts the minutemen. Second difficulty is that the minutemen cannot charge the Beepers themsleves with the new units each man will have his' own charger. There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting was adjourned. Jerald J. Judge, President ATTEST: Margaret Mellen Clerk of the Board
