BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 5, 1972
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works & Safety was held at 2:15 P.M.
on December 5, 1972. The purpose of the meeting was to reset the hearing date
on the charge of neglect of duty for Mr. Ronald Denton as no notice was sent
out to him ten days in advance of the December 14, 1972 meeting pursuant to
Burns Statute 48-6105.
Jane Wynegar moved to reset the hearing date from December 14, 1972 to December
19, 1972 at 9:30 a.m. It was also stated tha a letter would be served
III personally on Mr. Ronadl Denton advising him of the hearing date, place and
time and of the charges pursuant to Burns Indiana Statute 48-6105,Jerald J. Judge
seconded. On voice vote, the motion was carried.
Jane Wynegar moved to adjourn the meeting and jerald J. Judge seconded. On a voice
vote the motion was carried and the meeting was adjourned.
Those present at the meeting were Jerald J. Judge, President, Jane Wynegar, member
and David Benner, member.
