BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, NOVEMBER 1 , 1972
The Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special
session November 1 , 1972, at the hour of 11 :30 a.m. in the Municipal Buildingrof
said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Benner and Miss Wynegar present. The follow-
ing business was had to-wit:
Mr. Charles Lyles of Cloverleaf Development Company presented the subdivision bond
in the amount of $71 ,750.00 for the following subdivisions : Liberty Bell , Campbell
Hills, Irish Hills and Earlham View.
Mr. Benner moved to approve the performance bond in the amount of $71 ,750.00 as
submitted, seconded by Miss Wynegar and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting
was adjourned.
