SALE. Sellers, in consideration of the purchase price paid by Purchaser hereunder and hereafter discussed in Paragraph Two (2) hereof, and in consideration of the covenants and agree_ients on the part of Purchaser hereinafter contained, agree to sell to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to buy, together with the tene,nents, hereditasents, and appurtenances belonging or appertaining thereto, and :,ore specifically described as follows: Lots 1-7 Blk 175 Lots 1-11 Bik 176 Lots 1-6 ink 177 -p Including a_1 alleys in BIk 175, 176, and 177 and in- cluding that part of Cedar Street lying between Bik 175, 176 and 177 and including treat part o_ Savage Street lying between Biks 176 and 177 (according to T. W. Co_e]an's plat of Block 129-1 :2 of the i:iap of Crestview, Florida, by T. W. PURCHASE PRICE. Purchaser agrees to ray to Sellers the sum of TEN AND NO/10u DOLLARS upon execution of this agree- nert, receipt o_ which is acknowledged by Sellers. Purchaser further agrees said property is to be used as the Family site for a Public Housing Project FL29-046-005. TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS. Purchaser shall be respon- sible for all taxes and assess:3ents, if any, on the above -described real property levied, assessed or accruing after December 31, 1379. 4. POSSESSION. Purchaser shall be entitled to posses- sion o:. the property fro"'. and after April 2 , 191. 5. DEFAULT. Purchaser shall fail to (1) pay Sellers the sum herein agreed to be oaid, or (2) pay taxes or assessments, if any, on the subject property after the sae become due, or (3) comply with any of the covenants on its part to be kept and performed, then Sellers shall be released from all obiiga,ion to convey the property, and Purchaser shall forfeit all right there- to, and all payments theretofore wade by Purchaser under this Agreement shall be considered compensation for the use and occu- pancy of the subject property, and shall be as their sole property. 6. TIME OF ESSENCE. Time Agree:, ent . retained by Sellers is of the essence of this 7. BINDING EFFECT. The terms, conditions, and covenants of this Agreement shall binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, and assigns of the respec- tive parties.
