The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their March 13, 2013 meeting.

On March 13, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.

Following is a summary of actions taken at the March 13, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner—Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Nimri
Absent: Commissioner — None
Excused: Commissioner — Stratis

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their February 27, 2013
meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held two hearings in person, and upheld one
citation and dismissed one citation.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed three hearings requested by written
declaration, and upheld three citations.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have a fiscal impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012-13 City Budget.
