Mike,
The Mapping and Surveying Services Agreements are still in the execution process. Our attorney is out until Monday, so
we have a slight delay. After he signs and the Town executes the Agreement, I will send one copy back to you.
The attached is the first work order we plan. It consists of the base route survey of the streets in the southern portion of
the project area. Please review and submit your proposal to complete the required work.

To provide a concept of the intended use of this survey data, we have attached a typical construction drawing of the same
type that much of this survey information will support. Also provided is a drawing depicting the general location of existing
padmount transformers to be located in the survey.
