BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, OCTOBER 31 , 1972
The Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special
session October 31 , 1972, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. in the Municipal Building of
said City. Mr.Judge precided with Mr. Benner and Miss Wynegar present. The follow-
ing business was had to-wit:
Mr. Judge stated that the.meeting was for the public hearing to vacate an alley in
the City of Richmond, Indiana, from North "G" Street North to an East-West alley.
Mr. Everett Miller appeared in favor of vacating the alley. There were no remonstra-
tors present.
Miss Wynegar moved to approve Declaratory Resolution No. 2-1972 vacating the alley,
seconded by Mr. Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting
was. adjourned.
