CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JULY 27, 1972
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special
session Thursday, July 27, 1972 at the hour of 4:20 p.m. in the Municipal Building of
said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Benner and Miss Wynegar present. The following
business was had to-wit:
The meeting was called to order for the purpose of a decision for the City to intervene
in the Richmond Gas Corporation rate increase before the Public Service Commission, the
motion was made by Miss Wynegar, seconded by Mr. Benner and on unanimous voice vote the
motion was carried.
Miss Wynegar moved to retain Andrew Cecere as counsel to join in representing the City,
seconded by Mr. Benner and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting
was adjourned.
