Strahan Richmond, Indiana , Dear Don: I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the hospitality that was shown us on our recent visit to Richmond for the Mall dedication. The entire day was most enjoyable and you and the members of your department should be congratulated for the efficient manner in which traffic direction, parking and assistance to out-of-town people was handled. The remarks that were made on the bus trip home about the appearance of the officers and the courteous manner in which they conducted themselves was certainly a credit to the leadership of the department. It made me feel very proud to say the least. We were all certainly very much impressed. It was another job well done. The department continues to make an outstanding name for itself. Very truly yours, /s/ Walter E. Stout Asst.
