Subject: Gulf Stream Golf Club Easements
Mike,
Attached you will find a file that depicts easements on the Gulf Stream Golf Course. On one layout tab, there are seven
easements along Golfview Drive and A1A. On another layout tab, there is a long easement along the north side of North
Road, then turning northward parallel to the intracoastal. On the last 2 layout tabs is a 5 foot wide easement parallel to
the west right-of-way line of A1A running from Golfview drive to North Road.
Can you give me a not to exceed price for creating the legal descriptions and easement sketches for these easements.
(using your rate schedule per the contract)
