Draft Ordinance given to C.C. on 6.14.12 for consideration
Concept Report accepted by GDOT/environmental in process. Project needs more environmental permits due to potential impacts to the marsh. Permitting documents are being put together
by T & H. Variance for material in the marsh was approved by city council on September 18, 2014. Permit application submitted to the GDNR on 10.10.14. GDNR had additional questions
which are being addressed by T & H.

In the approved FY 15 Budget. DPW has ordered new trash cans. Also, $1,000 was added for cigarette butt disposal receptacles. Cigarette butt disposal receptacles are ordered and expected
in 6 to 8 weeks.
