Gentlemen:
This is just a little note to say Thanks for changing the signal
at Northwest 5th and Richmond Avenue.
I use this particular intersection at least 4 times a day, and I
really appreciate your new system.
On numerous occasions, I 've seen near accidents because no one
seemed to be sure who had the right-of-way.
Just wanted you to know that your efforts are appreciated, and
I 'm sure that everyone who uses the intersection feels the same way
as I do.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Betty Thompson

He is working with the Building Commissioner on this project.
Building Commissioner Ed Goins requested the Board ask Charles Sell , owner of
property at 631 Northwest 1st Street, condemned January 7, 1972, to come before
it to show why the order of the Building Commissioner has not been complied with.
