City of Crestview & The Waters at Redstone, LLC
This Memorandum of Understanding in reference to the Redstone Avenue at
Brookemeade Drive Traffic Improvements has been provided with the following
acknowledgements:
Whereas, the Traffic Operational Analysis indicates that traffic flow improvements
and mitigation are needed to facilitate the additional traffic projected from The Waters at
Redstone, The Waters at Redstone, LLC agrees to provide the City of Crestview with a
Traffic Contribution in the amount of $74,400.00 to share in the cost of the Redstone
Avenue and Brookmeade Drive intersection. This contribution shall satisfy The Waters
at Redstone, LLC required contributions for traffic mitigation in order to receive
Certificate of Occupancies. The Traffic Contribution shall be due at the completion of
construction, prior to the City issuing Certificates of Occupancy. Upon receipt of said
Contribution, and if all other requiremEntsfmissuazxae of Certificate of Occupancy are met,
the City of Crestview agrees to issue any necessary Certificates of Occupancy.
