I will check and see what wattage lamps were delivered. We can probably cut the output in half, but if the wattage is
below 50, that would not be a good idea.

Bill Thrasher gave me a call this morning from the road back from vacation and asked me to ask you if the mock-up
street light could be “turned down” so it is less bright. I think he has heard several comments.

Bill and I discussed this today, and we feel the best location for folks to see the light in their normal travel route is to put
it at the west driveway of the Police Station. See graphic. The yard light circuit can provide power for the LED light
fixture. The yard light needs to be disabled or lamp removed so the illumination is not conflicting with the
demonstration light.

Good afternoon and thank you for the recommendation.
Not having seen the job, we cannot give you a Not to Exceed price, as discussed. In the interest of keeping the cost down, I will
speak directly with electrician when he arrives on site tomorrow, as authorized by Rita.
Our T&M rates are $78.00 plus a $12.00 fuel/truck charge, for the first half hour, then $78.00 for every hour there after.
Assuming we can feed the LED pole mounted fixture from an existing power source with acceptable voltage, I would assume
4-8 hours to be safe. If we budget $35.00 for material, the total for the day would be $710.00. We will contact you for your
approval, if we find that additional time is needed.
