5500 per day for a repeat violation. If the Special Magistrate finds the violation to be irreparable or
irreversible in nature, a fine, not to exceed 55,000 per violation, may be imposed.
If a violation, or the condition causing the violation, presents a serious threat to the public health, safety,
and welfare, or if the violation is irreparable or irreversible in nature, the Special Magistrate will anti$.
