I counted 82 (circled lights). Add the 3 traditional FPL lights on Middle Road, and 1 underground light at the north end of
County Road, and another underground light at the north end of Wright Way…… 82 plus 5 = 87
I did not circle the existing FPL traditionals and the existing cobra head lights fed from underground circuits.

That sounds about right.
On the attached graphic, I counted 79 lights along A1A, the Core and County Road. I did not include Pelican Lane. It also
breaks down to 35 lights on A1A and 44 along the residential streets.

That seems to be correct if you take a middle cost for the pole, base and fixtures of $2500 per light. There is no
contingency in this cost, and I understand that the pole and fixture purchases are by the Town directly.
If you want to be conservative you may want to increase your anticipated pole and fixture costs to $2750 which would
result in a budget closer to $380,000.

If we had chosen to have FPL install new lights, there would have been no costs. The cost for the Town to install new
street lights will be about $1750 per light to install a service disconnect, place the concrete base, and install the wiring,
pole and fixture. If we have 85 lights, that would come to about $148,750. Miscellaneous costs for MOT, etc. would be
avoided if our UG contractor does the work.

The ballpark figure for each pole, base and fixture, is between $2,200 to $2,900 per assembly. This estimate does not
include the cost of installation. Perhaps, Danny Brannon may have a better handle on that cost.
