RESOLUTION NO. 94-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKEE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKEE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE FINAL MAP FOR GRAYSTONE
SUBDIVISION, PHASE 2
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Town Engineer/Director of Public Works, that the
Graystone Subdivision, Phase 2 final map has been reviewed and approved as conforming with the
tentative map and Town of Truckee ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE, as follows:
l. That Graystone Subdivision, Phase 2, is hereby accepted for recording.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said final map as
directed herein and as provided by law.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Truckee, held on the 19th day of May, 1994, by Council Member Aguera who moved its
adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Council Member Carpenter was upon roll call
carried and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Aguera, Botto, Carpenter & Cross
NOES: None
ABSENT:
Mayor Eagan
Embree B. Cross, Vice-Mayor
