The Town has executed the contracts with FPL and will begin the work as provided in the FPL plans by the end of September. In a meeting with the developers, Seaside Builders, at 1200 N. Ocean Blvd, they have indicated that the plan for running power into these 6 new lots does not comply with the plan agreed to with the developer during the platting process which was based on the FPL undergrounding plan. I had sent Charles a copy of the FPL plan via email, but it could have been derailed by FPL’s email security. It is critical that we have a meeting (Charles Arthus, John Lehr, Seaside Project Mgr Robert McDonald, Seaside Principal Thomas Laudani, and myself) to get on the same page. 1 Change from original plan – Install two transformers on the south side.
