John,
The Town has received the bids on the undergrounding of the overhead lines. The Town has executed the contracts with
FPL and will begin the work as provided in the FPL plans by the end of September. In a meeting with the developers,
Seaside Builders, at 1200 N. Ocean Blvd, they have indicated that the plan for running power into these 6 new lots does
not comply with the plan agreed to with the developer during the platting process which was based on the FPL
undergrounding plan. I had sent Charles a copy of the FPL plan via email, but it could have been derailed by FPL’s email
security. It is critical that we have a meeting (Charles Arthus, John Lehr, Seaside Project Mgr Robert McDonald, Seaside
Principal Thomas Laudani, and myself) to get on the same page.

Change from original plan – Install two transformers on the south side.
