Based upon our records, no one has the right to install underground power in this road area. Our records indicate that the use of this road area is strictly limited to a road and a water line and any other use is prohibited. Of course, we might be missing an important document. Do you have a document that gives you the right to install the underground power in this road area? If so please send that to us immediately. The installation of your equipment in this road area, if you do not have the right, will create a title nightmare for the owners of the HHE lots and severely affect their property values.
