Just Returned from the site. Discussed the issue with the contractor. All areas will be restored to prior or
better condition.
The contractor was planning to work on removing the conduit today. It is empty conduit. No cable was
installed.

Bill – just left you a message. Just got word that cabling crews destroying trees along hidden harbor drive – please stop
them. As you may recall, Sea Side Builders approval was conditioned upon, inter alia, not disturbing the trees. The loss of
the canopy will negatively affect the value of the homes in HHE.
I am calling Mr. Brannon too.
