He and I spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the plat and associated covenants and other documents. I do not think you will be able to do what you want to do. I think you should redesign it (perhaps consistent with what I suggest below). In the meantime, whatever cable or structure that you started installing in Mr. O’Boyle’s property, please have that removed as soon as you can. Kindly confirm when you will be able to complete the removal. Thanks, Bill Ring William F. It will be difficult for me to review the proposed easement with Marty/Hidder Harbour Estates Subdivision Control Committee until after Tuesday’s election. Over the weekend, I was thinking about this: 1.For the access down North Ocean Blvd from AIA - You should speak to the owners north of the Hidden Harbour Estates Subdivision. Per my notes from you, there already exists a 5 foot easement with gas and water plus a 30’ road easement. Put another 5’ easement adjacent and to the north of the existing 5’ utility easement. You would only have to deal with two property owners (instead of three at Hidden) and no Home Owner’s Association. This would be easier. 2.For the access from Hidden Harbour Drive to the north to North Ocean Blvd, you should speak to Sea Side Builders to see if they will give you access along their west line or along a line that would keep the easement out of Hidden Harbour Estates. Since you already have two easeemnts from Sea Side, they might be able to do this quick. #1 and #2 should work – that way it keeps us out of it. Bill William F. I suspect that you also have communications lines installed for phone and cable tv. This would also be an issue to resolve at some point if the roads were consolidated. Thanks again and I look forward to working out this concern. 2 Danny P. Brannon, P.E.
