Danny – Mr. O’Boyle has been out of town and he got back late last night – he called me early this morning about:
1.He did not see any activity regarding removing the cable from his property. When will that occur?
2.He is very concerned that someone was destroying trees along Hidden Harbour Drive (from AIA west to Hidden
Harbour Estates Subdivision). He told me that these trees (and the tree canopy) are protected by agreement and
wanted to make sure that your cable work was not destroying the trees (and he wanted me to find out who is
destroying the trees).
3.If you need to bring the cable west from AIA (to make the loop) he suggested going thru the middle of Sea Side
Builders property as there is nothing there and it would be easier to install and maintain.

I was listening to last Friday’s GS commission meeting where you gave your status report. You reported no issues with
regard to easements, etc. in your work.
Just curious, did you secure an alternate location for your work around Hidden Harbour?
