Bill,
At the last Town Commission meeting, Mr. O’Boyle requested I look at an aluminum plate in front of his home
to determine if it was installed by our crews. I have visited the site and determined that it was not installed by
our crews. However, it was uncovered by our crews when locating existing underground facilities. Our crews
did remove the soil covering the plate and some sod. Unless notified otherwise by you or Mr. O’Boyle, I will
instruct our contractor to restore the site to the condition prior to our work by replacing the sod and soil
removed to expose the plate.
