To clarify, I was attempting to contact you on behalf of Martin E. O’Boyle as to a possible issue regarding an underground pipe (originally installed underground by Brannon & Gillespie, LLC under an easement located at Hidden Harbor Estates/Gulf Stream for use of homeowners, whereby said easement is indicated as being on the northern-right edge of the relevant plot as indicated in Plat Book 36 Page 110) that may not have been removed by Brannon & Gillespie, LLC despite Brannon & Gillespie’s prior indications to Mr. O’Boyle that it would, and that it did in fact, remove the pipe from under the aforesaid easement. The reason for us bringing up this issue with you was due to the fact that at Gulf Stream Town Hall this morning, Mr. O’Boyle noticed that the relevant town map was still indicating that the aforesaid pipe (labeled as “Underground Pipe – Purple” on the map) as still being in existence and still having been installed under the aforementioned easement. That said, we just wanted to confirm that the pipe in question has actually been removed by Brannon & Gillespie as was promised (and thus that the aforesaid Town Hall map is merely outdated and needs to be redrawn/reconstituted).
