COMPANY, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, hereinafter called
"Seller", and TIM BOLDUC, City Manager of the City of Crestview (the "Buyer")
DATE: August 26, 2022
RE: OFFER TO PURCHASE AND SELL
1. On August 26, 2022, as Manager/Member of CRESTVIEW INVESTMENT
COMPANY, LLC, I proposed to sell the below -described property to the City of Crestview, for
the sum of $135,000.00.*
2. The property to be sold is described in Exhibit A hereto.
3. The proposal as stated in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above will be valid until midnight on
Wednesday, September 14, 2022. If this proposal is not accepted by that date and time, this
proposal will be "null and void".
4. Closing of the transaction contemplated herein shall occur on or before September
16, 2022.
*The sum of $135,000 means the buyer will pay $135,000 and all closing costs will be paid from
this amount, and the Seller will receive at closing the net cash sum of $135,000 minus closing
costs. The parcel of real property will be conveyed "as is -where is" and Seller makes no warranties
whatsoever regarding the subject parcel of real property.

as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 72, in the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida..

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 48, Block 8; thence in a Northwesterly direction
along Main Street a distance of 75 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract herein
described; thence continue in a Northwesterly direction along Main Street a distance of
