Party of the first part agrees to first thouroughly clean out and scrape said Tank on the inside. Tk,e party of the first part agrees to build an Anti -freeze Proofing on the bottom of the water Tank, said tossing or proofing to ba constructed of two layers of ehiplap, two air chambers, and packed 6 x10 inches with excelsior, painted two costs on the outside when finished. Also to' put on an overflow Pipe reaching to the ground, pipe to be 3 inch conductor pipe. To replace Cross -rode in the top of Tank , oleo repair all leakinga•in the riser pipe. Pods to be furnished by the party of the aecand part. In consideration of the stipulations herein to be performed by the party of the first part, party of the faecohc��•pah't agrees to pay for said work as followa;- For painting Tower and Tank, two costa in aide and outside the sum of $250.00 ae soon as work is completed and accepted by party of tho second part, For Overflow -pips t}�e sum of $50,OC (Fifty Dollars ) payable on the first day of April L921, provided that acme will not freeze up eo that the water will not run(ry�in it during the winter of 19PU end 1921.
