AUTHORIZ NG THE PURCHASING FROM STATE CONTRACTS BY THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret will purchase two (2) Ford 450 from Beyer Ford and AK
Equipment under the State of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program ; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of goods and services by a local contracting unit is authorized by the
Local Public Contracts Law, NJSA 40A:11 -12; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Borough QPA ensured that the vendor has been awarded a New
Jersey State Contractor Number T2102 A88214; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
that the awarded State of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing vendors have been approved for
the purchase of goods and services:
