DRAINAGE EASEMENT
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that THOMAS AND LAURA FREDERICKS
("Grantor"), whose post office address is 132 Wedgewood Lane, Crestview, FL 32536 for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by
THE CITY OF CRESTVIEW, FLORIDA, a Florida Municipal Corporation ("Grantee"), whose address
is 198 N. Wilson St. Crestview, Florida 32536, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant and convey to Grantee the right to construct, operate, maintain and rep air drainage facilities, including
the right of ingress and egress thereto and therefrom, along, under and across the following described
property in Okaloosa County, Florida, to wit:
The west 7.5 feet of the following described property:
PIN# 06-3N-23-0000-0015-0200 (Deed recorded in the Official Records of Okaloosa
County, Book 3613, page 4559)
Lot 17, Lakeview Estates, an unrecorded plat more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 23 West
Okaloosa County, Florida; thence North 00 degrees 36 minutes East 50.0 feet; thenceEast
1209.3feet; thence South 00 degrees 36 minutes West 200feet; thence East 890.70feetfor
Point of Beginning; thence continue East 148.3 feet to the West right of way of Pandora
Drive; thence North 00 degrees 36 minutes East 388 feet, more or less to the waters edge
of lake; thence Southwesterly along said waters edge 150feet; thence South 00 degrees 36
minutes West 370 feet more or less to Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT the South
2.0 feet.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement and right-of-way hereinabove granted to the said
City of Crestview, its successors, and assigns, subject to the conditions herein, forever for the use and
purpose aforesaid and for no other purpose.
In the event that the City should cease using the easement area for municipal purposes, then this
easement shall immediately become null and void and the City shall have no further right, title or interest
in and to the subject parcel.
