ARTICLE A: PURPOSE Introduction The services to be rendered by the Company under this task order consist of providing professional surveying services necessary to provide the following: • Boundary survey of the property identified as Parcel 20-3N-23-2390-0016-0030 by the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser, said property is Spring Hill Cemetery in Crestview. This property is shown on the plat of Sullivan's Addition to Crestview (Plat Book 1, Page 81A). The survey area will include other adjacent parcels located within Block 16 of Sullivan's Addition to Crestview. The intent is for the survey to create a legal description of the parcel of land currently occupied by the Cemetery. It appears that the Cemetery encroaches onto adjacent lots to the west and a separate description of the encroachment will be created. The City Council has agreed to accept ownership of the Cemetery. It is anticipated that a land swap with the adjacent owner will be sought to reconcile the encroachment issue. A legal description of the land swap parcel is included in this task order.
