Subject: Not to Exceed Proposal for Construction Staking
Mike,
I need a not-to-exceed proposal for construction staking for Gulf Stream Phase One. Attached is the FPL plan. We will
stake the property line a 50 foot intervals for straight sections and 25 foot intervals for curves where the facilities
parallel the property line. We will stake the easement corners where we have transformers feeder splice boxes, and/or
cabinets. I will also send you a copy of the cabinet locations we provided to the landscapers for clearing. The contractor
will request staking as needed and you need to be able to respond within 48 hours. We will provide staking once. The
contractor will be responsible for protecting and/or replacing any staking that is destroyed or removed. You will place
laths with ribbons only, no hubs.
