Re: Gulf Stream Golf Club Easements
Dear Mr. Brannon:
Our fee to prepare the seven easements as per your e-mail will be based on our Town of Gulf
Stream rates with a not to exceed fee of of $4,000 (40 hours $100/hour).
Upon receipt of your notice to proceed, we can have the project complete within ten working
days.
